It seems like every brother & his mother has an opinion on the amount of carbs it takes to achieve health, fitness & performance goals... with a few especially ill-informed individuals STILL recommending low carb diets.


Even as an Exercise Physiologist with a Masters in health & numerous internships in nutrition, I find myself overwhelmed with the good, bad & ugly of the carbohydrates recommendations world! But, it really doesn't have to be stressful or complicated.
